Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return shipping fees are at the cost of the customer. Please fill the return/exchanges form to organise a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons) 
  • Gift cards
  • Final sales items

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return depending on your shipping location and postal service of choice. We recommend you send your return parcel on a tracked service as all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Les Voyages.

Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the items within 5 business days to ensure you receive your refund/exchange as quickly as possible. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Refund policy:

Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we received it in our warehouse. Once processed, an email confirmation will be sent via email.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

Refund amount is calculated based on the prices of items at the time of sale, and deducting shipping and other costs.

Sales items are not eligible for refunds directed to payment cards. Instead, store credits will be reimbursed into the customers’ store accounts.

FAULTY ITEM? If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on info@lesvoyages.com.au so that we can resolve the issue for you.

Exchange Policy:

Goods are accepted for store credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use, and all jewellery packaging needs to be returned with the item(s)), within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by a sales receipt. Product prices are determined at the time of sale. Exchanges of higher priced goods may lead to additional costs. No refund is available for exchanged products at a lower price than the product being exchanged. Price difference between original order and exchanged products at a lower price will be reimbursed in the form of store credits. Please fill the return/exchanges form to organise an exchange.

The return shipping fees are at the cost of the customer. We recommend you send your item back to us on a tracked service. Once we receive your item, we will send out your exchange but you will have to pay postage for the new item.

For international customers outside of Australia and New Zealand, if you would like to exchange an item, you'll need to complete a return and place a new order.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the exchange or return of earrings.

If you used a promotional code to receive a free pair of earrings and you'd like a return on a faulty item that was purchased (therefore making you not eligible for the promotion anymore), the gifted earrings will need to be returned to us before we can process the refund. 

Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.

Notes:

  • We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages that are sent back to us for an exchange/return.
  • Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.
  • All exchanges will be processed for store credit, with which you'll then be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on exchanges.  

    Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases:

    We attempt to ship all orders promptly, and in most cases, orders will be processed immediately and will ship out within one (1) to seven (7) business days. Please remember that ALL PURCHASES ARE INDIVIDUALLY PROCESSED, so please be patient, as orders don't usually ship out the day they are placed. Please allow additional time for shipments to remote addresses as well as international orders. Les Voyages cannot guarantee that the time frames noted will be met, especially during peak sale periods.
