Where do you ship? How long will it take?

We ship worldwide. Most orders will leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days and will arrive in 7 business days. We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes as it may be impacted by shipping delays, holidays and destination customs, but we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your package is in safe hands.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we received it in our warehouse. Once processed, an email confirmation will be sent via email.

Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

Refund amount is calculated based on the prices of items at the time of sale, and deducting shipping and other costs.

Sales items are not eligible for refunds directed to payment cards. Instead, store credits will be reimbursed into the customers’ store accounts.

When your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email to track your order. If the information is not available, check again after 24 hours as the courier may be processing the parcel.
