To which country do you ship
We ship worldwide!
How long will my order take to arrive
Most deliveries within Australia will arrive in 7 business days. International orders may take up to 15 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes as it may be impacted by shipping delays, holidays and destination customs.
About custom taxes
Shipments to countries outside of Australia may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. We are not responsible for custom taxes and any associated costs. Buyers will need to settle taxes with destination custom.
Return and exchange policy

What is the refund policy
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we received it in our warehouse. Once processed, an email confirmation will be sent via email.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
Refund amount is calculated based on the prices of items at the time of sale, and deducting shipping and other costs.
Sales items are not eligible for refunds directed to payment cards. Instead, store credits will be reimbursed into the customers’ store accounts.

What should I do if I receive faulty item
If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on info@lesvoyages.com.au so that we can resolve the issue for you.
I have placed an order but have not received the confirmation email
Please check your spam or junk inbox if you have yet to receive a confirmation email. If you still cannot find it, please contact us via email: info@lesvoyages.com.au
How do I track my order
When your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order.
Can I cancel my order
If an order is already on its way, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore, if you’d like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible via email: info@lesvoyages.com.au
What do I do if I have not received my order
When your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email to track your order. If the information is not available, check again after 24 hours as the courier may be processing the parcel.
If the information is not updated after 24 hours, or if the parcel is considered “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us via: info@lesvoyages.com.au
Can I change my order once it has been placed
If you have changed your mind, please let us know as soon as possible via info@lesvoyages.com.au. We will try our best to accommodate. Unfortunately, shipped orders cannot be changed.
How should I store my jewellery
Your jewellery should be stored in a dry place away from natural sunlight and excessive heat. It is best to store them in a jewellery box or tarnish-resistant pouch.
Can I shower in my jewellery
We recommend taking your jewellery off before showering. Materials of the jewellery may react with ingredients in cleansing products and damage the jewellery.
Can I exercise in my jewellery
We recommend taking off your jewellery before exercising to avoid damages or scratches while exercising.
Can I wear my jewellery to swim
Avoid wearing your jewellery to swim, whether it be at the pool or at the beach. Chemicals in the water may react with the jewellery’s material and damage the jewellery.
